After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from CampKings Australia containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via courier within 5 working days however some interstate, regional and remote areas may be subject to extended delivery times. Free Shipping Policy
Shipping is included on some of our products to most locations within Australia for applicable products however some interstate, regional & remote areas may incur shipping charges. If you are unsure about your delivery location please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order.
Authority to Leave
Purchasing products from CampKings Australia means that you agree that CampKings Australia have an 'Authority to leave' option in delivering your goods. Instructions provided to our shipping partners is to leave your goods in a safe place whilst you are out or not answering your door during time of delivery. Please note in this case CampKings Australia cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged deliveries after they have been delivered to the nominated destination.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, opened or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. CampKings Australia will always work with customers to repair and / or replace goods where it is deemed appropriate. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. CampKings Australia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them. In the event of a refund, CampKings Australia will process the transaction within 10 business days of verifying and inspecting the condition of the returned goods.
